How To Launch ManexCloud From the Desktop Shop Floor Tracking by Work Order Module

1. Navigate to the Production section, and select the Shop Floor Tracking by Work Order module.

2. A new window should open on the relevant workstation (see the below image).

Note: Consider the following details when using the Time Log module:

  • If the work order (WO) was already open in the desktop Shop Floor module, then the WO should default to the Job field. The Job field needs to be populated if the Type field is set to "Job in Job Out" or "WO In WO out."
  • If logging into record daily hours not specific to any WO (job), then you do not have to populate the Job field.
  • The WC (work center) field always needs to be populated in order to record the time.
  • For daily hours not specific to a job, it does not matter which WC is chosen.
  • For actual jobs, you'll want to track your time in a specific WC.
  • If logging into multiple WOs at the same time, be sure the multi-check box is enabled for every login.
  • Once filled out, click on the green time clock button to log the time. The red time clock button can be used to log out of all jobs that you are currently logged into.
