Note:

  • Use the full calendar for the calendar controls.
  • The month view will display the work order count and capacity color.
  • Use drag-and-drop scheduling to adjust the start date.
  • The screen refreshes the list of work centers every 30 seconds (if the screen is not in use).


  

Fields and Definitions


1Customer Selection

Select "All" or a specific customer from the pull-down and the calendar data will update accordingly.

Work Center Selection
Select "All" or a specific Work Center from the pull-down and the calendar data will update accordingly.

Work Order Accordion
Grouped records of Work Order; 

Backward Scheduled is auto-scheduled.
Manual Scheduled is user adjusted

Behind - "Due Date" and "Complete Date" have not passed, but a WC should have been completed by now but has not.

Late by Due Date - the WO due date has passed and the job is not finished.

Late by Sch Date - the scheduled complete date has passed and the job is not finished;  

Released - kit released is true;   

Open - All open WO.
4Accordion Details

The group header displays the title and record count.


The record displays the WO number and part number/Rev.

5Day Details Color

Green - indicates that all the WCs for that date are under capacity. The count shows the total WOs in production for that date (see the image below).


Orange - indicates at least one WC is nearing the capacity limit and no WC is over the capacity (see the image below).


Red - indicates at least one WC is over capacity (see the image below).


White - indicates that nothing is scheduled for that date (see the image below).


Grey - indicates a non-working date (see the image below).

Click once to expand and see the details, and click again to revert to the calendar view and hide the details.
