Enter SQLACCTSETTING.exe within the manexSQL root directory)

Enter password when prompted.

Select A/R-A/P Setup > Sales - A/P Setup from the menu.

The user may click the Edit icon in the main toolbar to edit the information on this screen. At the conclusion of any modifications, the user must either save or abandon changes to leave the screen. 
 

When in edit mode, the user can select different GL account numbers from the pull-down menus and/or set up ranges for the AP Aging module. The GL account numbers can be set up in the GL Account Setup module.

Where Used: This setup is used in Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable.
