Enter into SQLSYSSETTING.EXE located within the manexSQL root directory. 

Enter password when prompted. 

Select General Setup > Administrative Departments from the menu.  


The following screen will be displayed:


To modify this screen, click on the Add or Delete button and supply the password, and this action will enable the screen.

You may either add or delete department names to the list. After adding or deleting a department name, either Save or Abandon changes.

These items may be arranged, on the left-hand side of the screen, in any order by clicking and dragging them to the desired order. Users will see this ordering when using this list in other modules within the system. 


Suggestion: have the most used at the top of the list.


Where Used: when assigning non-production users to an administrative department and establishing accounts for the departments.
