Open SQLSYSSETTING.EXE within the manexSQL root directory.
Enter password when prompted. |  |
Select Sales > Quote Defaults from the menu. |  |
The following screen will be displayed:
To add a Customer Quote Default, click the Add icon and enter your password when prompted. Type in the desired description to be used in the Customer Quote module.
To edit a Customer Quote Default, click the Edit icon. Highlight the description to be changed and type in the desired changes.
To delete a Customer Quote Default, click the Delete icon and highlight the description to be deleted.
The user must save or abandon changes after modifying the screen.
