Select Production > CAR Problem Types from the menu. |  |
The following screen will be displayed:
To add a CAR problem type, select the Add button from the main toolbar, and enter the type in the text box at the bottom of the list.
These items may be arranged in any desired order by clicking on and dragging the box on the left-hand side of the screen. The order will be displayed in the pull-down menus when using this list in other modules within the system.
Suggestion: have most used types at the top of the list.
Where Used: in all Corrective Action activities.
