Open SQLSYSSETTING.EXE within the manexSQL root directory.

Select Material > ECO Setup from the menu. |  |

The departments displayed on the screen are set up in the Administrative Department Setup module.
Click the Edit icon in the menu, then tick the checkboxes next to those departments which must authorize an Engineering Change Order. Untick a box to remove a department which no longer must authorize an ECO.
Click the Edit icon in the menu, then tick the checkboxes next to those departments which must authorize an Engineering Change Order. Untick a box to remove a department which no longer must authorize an ECO.
Once your changes are complete, click Save or Abandon Changes to save or cancel your changes.
