How to set up the Clauses Setup module Print

Open SQLSYSSETTING.EXE within the manexSQL root directory.

Enter password when prompted.

Select Material > Clauses Setup from the menu.

This setup screen will allow you to enter template clauses that can be applied to Inventory parts, Purchase Orders, and/or Purchase Order items.

The following screen will be displayed:

To add a new record, select the Add icon from the main toolbar and enter a description/clause.

To edit a record, highlight the record and select the Edit icon from the main toolbar.

To delete a record, highlight the record and select the Delete icon from the main toolbar.

Click the Save icon or the Abandon Changes icon to save or cancel your changes.
