Q: I have a user or users that have access rights to the UDF's but are receiving this error when clicking on the desktop icon in the module. What is the cause?

A: It typically means the users current login session has since ended but somehow they are still able to continue working in the desktop modules. Under normal circumstances when the session ended the user should have been kicked out to the desktop login screen again. 


How to resolve: We recommend that the supervisor or admin go into the User Admin section of manexCloud and clear the active sessions for the user(s) having this issue. If their desktop session does not end and kick them out to the login screen have them then manually log off the desktop app completely and then log back in and try the UDF button again.
