Problem: Users receive an error message like the examples out of ManexCloud when trying to run reports

Solution: Sometimes Excel exports with large amounts of data can cause the IIS Application pools to be stuck and they require a restart. Restarting IIS services on the web server using the command below will usually solve the issue.
